Last week we had one of our regular artisan meetings, at which we get together to talk about important topics that come up and discuss our Andean Collection team roles. This time we were able to officially introduce Sally, our new product development coordinator.

Nancy, one of the lead artisans we have been working with for almost 4 years, and our much loved Andean Collection team member Cristina’s baby girl, Sofi. As our regular readers will know our Cayambe silver collection was named after this little cutie!
By now our Andean Collection team members know the artisans and their families really well, and we visit them in their houses a lot. But the artisans don’t know a huge amount about where we all come from and what our houses and families look like. So we shared some family pictures with them.
Good luck to all the craftsmen in general of Ecuador . His hands are precious things that the world should know and that also would support these families. nice work
